Every Ultimate Lax Head Coach has experience as a high school coach and are:

Members of the IMLCA (Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association

Attend the IMLCA Convention in Baltimore, MD

US Lacrosse CDP (Coach Development Program) Certified

Complete the PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) Course

Attend the US Lacrosse Convention in Philadelphia, PA

Each team has a coaching staff that consists of a Head Coach, an Assistant Coach and a Current College Player.
